3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one (1) hb33 account. Duplicate accounts — opened under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. hb33 uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicates; identified accounts may be suspended with balances and pending withdrawals forfeited. The following obligations apply to all registered account holders.

1. Accurate information: You must provide and maintain accurate, complete registration details. Update your account promptly if your contact email, phone number, or payment details change.
2. Credential security: You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Never share login credentials. hb33 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. Any activity under your credentials is treated as authorised by you.
3. KYC verification: hb33 may require identity, address, and source-of-funds verification at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. You must submit accurate and legible documentation when requested. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.
4. Personal use only: Your hb33 account is strictly for personal recreational gaming. Commercial use, resale of betting tips derived from hb33 data, or participation in coordinated group betting schemes is prohibited.
5. Account closure: You may request closure of your hb33 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, pending bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements are forfeited. Verified withdrawable balances will be processed to your registered payment method within the standard timeframe.

hb33 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, hb33 may withhold funds pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

hb33 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and match-day cricket promotions. The availability, structure, and value of any bonus is subject to change at hb33's sole discretion. All bonuses are governed by the following general conditions and any bonus-specific terms published alongside the promotion.

1. One bonus per household: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Abusing promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — results in disqualification and account suspension.
2. Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable requirement is clearly stated in each bonus's terms. Failure to meet it before the expiry date results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
3. Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Cricket betting, live casino tables, and slots may contribute at different rates as specified in the individual bonus terms for each promotion.
4. Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-generated winnings is capped as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Winnings above this cap will be removed from the balance when a withdrawal is requested.

hb33 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where hb33 believes a player is abusing a promotion — for example through matched betting strategies or exploiting technical loopholes — hb33 may void the bonus, reverse associated transactions, and take further action including account suspension.

7. Responsible Gaming

hb33 is committed to responsible gaming and minimising harm associated with online gambling. We offer deposit limit tools, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options for players who wish to manage their activity. Players who feel their gambling may be becoming a problem are encouraged to use these tools and contact hb33 support. hb33 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders. If you are aware of a person under 21 who has accessed hb33, please contact our support team immediately. Gambling involves financial risk and past results do not predict future outcomes. Never gamble more than you can afford to lose, and do not use gambling as a means to generate income or resolve financial difficulties.

9. Limitation of Liability

hb33 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hb33 disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. hb33 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
